Our commitment

Pinit Bookkeeping is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, keyboard-only navigation or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of the work, not a one-time project.

Conformance status

This website is designed and built with the intention of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. It has been reviewed with automated checks and manual testing, but it has not yet been formally audited by an independent third party, so we describe it as intended to conform rather than fully conformant.

What we’ve built in

  • One clear page structure with landmarks, a skip link and headings in order.
  • Text and controls that meet WCAG AA contrast, including text placed over photographs.
  • Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus indicator on every link, button and form field.
  • Touch targets of at least 48 by 48 pixels.
  • Form fields with visible labels, required fields marked in text, and error messages that explain how to fix the problem.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Motion that respects your system’s reduced-motion setting, including smooth scrolling, entrance effects and the scrolling list of tools.
  • Layouts that reflow down to 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling, and text that can be enlarged to 200%.

Known limitations

  • The contact form hands your request to your own email app. If your device has no email app set up, please email or call us directly using the details below.
  • Links to third-party sites lead to content we don’t control, and those sites may not meet the same standard.

We are still reviewing the site and will update this statement as we find and fix issues.
